A guided onboarding session takes hours, not weeks. We provision users, define access scopes (store, region, or national), and connect to your single sign-on two-factor authentication access.

For paper deal jackets sitting in storage, our field team can scan on-site, or we can guide your staff through phased in-store scanning — whichever fits your operation.

Step 2 — Capture every deal

Scanning becomes a simple step. Multi-page jackets upload as a single file, automatically grouped by VIN. DigiSafe extracts text, indexes every page for search, and stores the original encrypted with AES-256 in secure cloud storage.

Step 3 — Find anything in seconds

Search by VIN, customer name, deal date, or text inside the document. Open a jacket and navigate page-by-page or jump straight to the page you need.
